We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Hair must not be cut, colored, washed, or installed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Contact us at support@beautynblackhair.com with your order number. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Want a different length, texture, or color? Contact us to arrange an exchange. We'll ship your replacement once your return is received.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
